Return Policy

 Returns: 

You may return your purchase within 30 days of your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t accept returns or exchanges outside of this date.

The item must be unused in sellable condition and in its original packaging.  A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund if the items are returned used. Face masks are not eligible for returns and are considered final sale.

If any items in your order arrived damaged, email us photos and explanation of the issue and we will work with you on best options for replacement or refund. 

To start a return or replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and email us at help@lanternpress.com

Refunds (if applicable): 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm the approval or rejection of your refund, minus any applicable shipping costs or restocking fees.


If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days determined by your banking institution.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, it can take up to 10 business days. 
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:

Customer is responsible to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If we are sending you a replacement item, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live and will likely be shipped via USPS.
